Hi! I'm Chelsea.

Iā€™m a 2010 graduate of the School of Fine Arts at Indiana University in Bloomington. A few semesters into my studio art major, I casually decided to take a metals class. I ended up taking every possible jewelry course and an extra independent study... I was captivated! I started selling my work in 2009, and have been growing my business ever since. My main focus at IU was metalsmithing and jewelry design, but I also explored photography, printmaking, drawing, painting, sculpture, and art history.

I believe every woman should embrace her unique personality, style, and individuality. Tactile Melodies strives to help women feel confident and beautiful every single day.

Metalsmithing is a big part of my life, but I also love soccer, history, genealogy, space, live music, BBQ, and road trips. I'm a member of the Bloomington Handmade Market board, Sullivan Area Art Guild, Arts Alliance of Greater Bloomington, Tri Kappa, Daughters of the American Revolution, and Society of Indiana Pioneers.
